$200 a month includes:
A guarantee of no more than one horse per acre with only 6 horses per 6 acre pasture.  Which means your horse will have a herd to romp with and enough room to take a break when they want.

The hill has a beautiful view of the surrounding community and Shale Lake.  A reclaimed coal mine, it was planted for harvesting hay so it has excellent grass, clover and even alfalfa.  There is a built in drainage system that insures your horse will have the best soil under hoof even in wet conditions.  There is a nice breeze and run-in's for shelter and shade.

The "Y" shaped Barn will have individual feeders for every horse.  The partial walls between the feeders ensure that your horse can eat in peace even with community style feeding.   The shelters are used year round...a good sign of happy horse!

Pasture Boarders share the property with the Stall Boarders when it comes to riding and can walk their horses to the main barn to use the hot & cold wash stalls or play in the large arena.

There is a catch and hold fee of $20 for Vet and Farrier visits of Pasture horses (if you can't be there to do it yourself).
